Our supports are focused on developing client skills and growing their capacity to live more independently - no matter what stage of the journey they are at.

The following vacancies are available:
- Fulltime Position (Male) – Support Worker (Darwin)
- Successful applicant will be based fulltime in a supported accomodation consisting of a week on day shift and a week on afternoon shift (afternoon shift will have a sleepover component) Task include insuring participants daily needs are met, organising and attending appointment, insuring the house is safe for multiple participants and general maintenance.
- Casual/Fulltime (Male) – Support Worker (Mount Isa) House 4 weeks on/2 weeks off.
This can be for someone from Mount Isa, or we will look at flying someone in/out. Can be from Mount Isa, Brisbane, Townsville, Darwin as preferred locations. - Successful applicant will be based fulltime in a supported accomodation consisting of a week on day shift and a week on afternoon shift (afternoon shift will have a sleepover component) Task include insuring participants daily needs are met, organising and attending appointment, insuring the house is safe for multiple participants and general maintanance.
- Part Time/Casual – Support Worker (Gunbalanya) If casual, there may be additional shifts in Darwin in week off.
Week on/Week off travelling to Gunbalanya to work with participants and be an intermediary between Support Coordination and participants.
Monday – Friday. Role will requires a fun outgoing personality, interest in bush, cooking, fishing. Good communication skills to ensure - Casual (Female) – Support Worker (Darwin)
Primarily mornings to begin with, however this may expand into further hours and as required. - working with a participant with physical and psychosocial disabilities, ensuring participates to achieve their goals.
- Casual (Male) – Support Worker (Darwin) (will look at multiple positions if required)
A mixture of morning, afternoon and weekend hours. - working with a participant with physical and psychosocial disabilities, ensuring participates to achieve their goals.
